The Learning Studio was a photography program at Ypsilanti Community High School in Ypsilanti, Michigan, that used creativity as an outlet. Very real conversations, such as discussions about community perception to social and political matters on a national level served as prompts and students responded with very personal and intentional imagery. The program came to an end in 2020 due to the lockdowns of COVID-19. The photos included here are just a few of the thousands created by my students.
