Re-Reversing Reversed Reverse Racism, 2023
Printer paper is used in every public school in the country. Some use it for printing while others rely on it as their only surface for creative outlet and recording work. While the paper itself carries no judgment, it’s the school funding models that do. No school chooses to be under-resourced, yet the circumstances that allow for it are uniformly rooted in racism, from property values and housing discrimination, to School of Choice and de facto segregation. Nearly every aspect of public school is standardized except for accessibility. Depending on which school the desk sits in, the importance of printer paper varies drastically.
